Steve founded Lanza Auto more than 50 years ago in a small garage next to his home. With a natural talent for all things mechanical, he jokingly calls himself “unemployable,” which is what pushed him to start working for himself. He began by repairing motorcycles, then expanded to Volkswagens and Porsches.
As his curiosity and skills grew, Steve took on vehicles of every make and model, though he became especially well known for his expertise with European cars. Over the years, he built a reputation not only as an exceptional technician, but also as someone customers could trust completely.
For more than 30 years, Steve has served on the Advisory Committee for the Leominster CTEi Automotive Technology program, helping guide and support the next generation of technicians. His decades of experience remain an invaluable asset to the business, and he takes great pride in passing along his knowledge to others.

Tim has been learning from his father and working on cars for as long as he can remember. Encouraged by his parents to pursue higher education, he earned a
degree in Business Management and chose to bring that knowledge back to the family shop. He officially joined his father at Lanza Auto in 2018 and has since helped the business grow to serve more customers than ever.
Before working full-time in the shop, Tim spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry. That background taught him that customer experience is the most important part of any service business.
Today, Tim manages the day-to-day operations of the business, splitting his time between vehicle diagnostics and helping customers make informed decisions on their vehicle repairs.

Maison’s passion for cars began at a young age, and by high school he was already turning wrenches. After graduation, he started at a local repair shop where he quickly learned the ins and outs of the auto repair business. Within a few years, his hard work earned him a management role at the shop’s sister location.
With extensive experience on Hondas, both new and old, Maison has developed a reputation for his technical skill and customer-first approach. In early 2024, he joined Lanza Auto to sharpen his diagnostic abilities and continue providing excellent service. Since then, he’s quickly become a favorite among customers for his knowledge and approachable style.

Cam’s interest in cars started early, working on Jeeps alongside his grandfather at just 8 years old. By the age of 15, he had already completed his first engine rebuild in the family garage. He went on to study Automotive Technology at Wachusett Regional High School, excelling in both his trade classes and academics.
After graduation, Cam began his career as an automotive detailer, where he learned the value of cleanliness and the importance of creating a great customer experience. From there, he transitioned into a technician role, steadily building his skills. Most recently, he worked at a European specialty shop, gaining extensive experience with Mercedes, BMW, and VW/Audi vehicles.
