To put it quite simply I can say with the utmost confidence that Lanza Auto is a repair facility you can fully trust with your vehicle. And they quickly earned my trust after only two appointments. I have a love for German cars, which honestly can be finicky at times, and require mechanics/garages with a special touch. After being unimpressed with several garages I did a quick search for garages near me and came across Lanza Auto. Between their being a generational family garage and stellar reviews I decided that I would give them the chance to work with me and my next car. After just two appointments my only regret is that I did not use them sooner than this. I brought my new to me car to them first for an overall pre inspection. They were quick, beyond thorough, and the professional report they provided me with after was amazing. I had honestly never received a check out quite like it. It allowed me to make very informed decisions with the repairs to pursue further. When Tim told me what was owed for this service I thought it was a mistake. I was floored by the minimal expense for such a thorough inspection and decided to book the second appointment with them for the repairs which were quoted at another price I thought was too good to be true. The second appointment for these was more of the same professionalism I was impressed with from the first and it just kept getting better. They even came in at a lower cost than their quote for the work done which is unheard of. To sum all of this up I insist that if you need a garage and mechanics you can trust look no further than Lanza Auto. Not only do they extend knowledgeable professionalism they honestly make you feel like part of the family. Thanks to all of the experiences so far they have earned my business with my car and I will now be bringing my wife’s car in when needed.
