I have a 2009 Nissan Versa that would no longer start. Several shops declined to look at it as the issue could have been related to shift interlocks/electronics. Tim, however, convinced me they had the experience to investigate electronics as well as mechanical issues. Turns out, the problem was a broken shifter cable. Lanza, and Tim specifically, kept me informed. The repair was excellent and quickly performed. Here is the exceptional thing about Lanza - they did a complete inspection of the car noting real and potential issues (brakes, suspension, exhaust, lights, check-engine-lights, etc.). The report was texted to me showing items that I probably should take care of sooner rather than later. Tim and Mason were professional, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend Lanza.
